Refund Policy
At Baker's Wagon, we strive to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, please note the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and complaints:
**Returns**
No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include an image of the delivered item. Our team may contact you for additional details if needed.
**Options for Resolution**
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may choose one of the following options:
1. **Re-delivery**: Get the product re-delivered.
2. **Refund**: Receive a refund via the original payment method (amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days as per standard banking timelines).
**Non-Refundable Situations**
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If perishable items (e.g., flowers, plants, cakes, sweets) are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
- If the recipient is not present at the provided delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery.
- If product quality concerns are due to improper handling by the recipient.
**Complaint Guidelines**
- **Delivery Issues**: Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot register complaints.
- **Non-Delivery**: Complaints must be made within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. After this period, we cannot register complaints.
- **Quality Issues**: We may need to arrange a reverse pickup before proceeding with re-delivery.
**Product Exchange**
We do not accept any requests for product exchanges.
**Unfulfilled Orders**
If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the undelivered items.
**Online Refunds**
Online refunds will be processed by Baker's Wagon upon confirmation via email or phone call. Once processed, refunds typically take 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account as per standard banking timelines.
