  • What is the return policy offered by Baker's Wagon?
    Returns are not permitted. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer support team immediately within 24 hours. You have the option to select one of the following: 1. Request re-delivery of the product 2. Opt for a refund in the original mode of payment (the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days)
  • When can I opt for refund?
    Refunds are not provided in the following scenarios: Delivery of perishable items such as Flowers, Plants, Cakes, or Sweets to an incorrect address provided by the sender. The recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery. Product quality issues resulting from improper handling. Cancellation or modification requests made within 24 hours for domestic orders.
  • What if amount is debited from my bank account/wallet but order not placed?
    In case the order is not confirmed but amount is debited from your account but the payment is not received by us, an auto refund is issued in 24-48 working hours. Alternatively you can contact our customer support team at 7889750822.

  • How can I trust the quality of cake provided by Baker's Wagon?
    Baker's Wagon is very well known for its premium quality, fresh ingredients, and delicious cakes, ensuring you can trust their quality.
  • Does Baker's Wagon provide midnight delivery?
    Yes, we offer midnight delivery between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM. While we aim to deliver as close to 11:59 PM as possible, we recommend placing midnight orders well in advance. There is an additional charge of Rs. 250 for this service.
  • What if recipient is not available when delivery person reaches there?
    We do not make repeat delivery attempts. However, we will contact the recipient and sender to arrange delivery to a neighbor or nearby location. If this isn't possible, the order will be canceled without a refund.
  • Are there any delivery charges?
    Delivery charges vary by location. Most locations enjoy free delivery.
  • Can I keep my personal information hidden from the recipient?
    We understand the importance of the surprise element. When placing your order, you can enter 'Anonymous' in the sender’s name section to keep your identity hidden.
