Returns are not permitted. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our customer support team immediately within 24 hours.

You have the option to select one of the following:

1. Request re-delivery of the product

2. Opt for a refund in the original mode of payment (the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days)

Refunds are not provided in the following scenarios:

• Delivery of perishable items such as Flowers, Plants, Cakes, or Sweets to an incorrect address provided by the sender.

• The recipient is unavailable at the specified delivery address or refuses to accept the delivery.

• Product quality issues resulting from improper handling.

• Cancellation or modification requests made within 24 hours for domestic orders.

In case the order is not confirmed but amount is debited from your account but the payment is not received by us, an auto refund is issued in 24-48 working hours.
